Terms & Conditions.

Tournament Overview

​

  1. The Bandeja Club Tournament will consist of four tournaments held throughout 2025.

  2. Teams must register the same players for all tournaments to accumulate season points. No substitutions are allowed once the team is registered for the season.

  3. Each tournament will have a winner, with prizes awarded at the conclusion of that tournament.

  4. Teams will accumulate points across all tournaments based on their performance. The points will contribute to the overall season leaderboard.

  5. Teams will be divided into three categories based on performance: A Grade, B Grade, and C Grade.

  6. The team with the highest points in each grade at the end of the season will be crowned champions for their category.

 

 

Season Prizes

  • Category A (Top Grade):

    • $1,000 per player (total of $2,000 for the team).

    • A Sponsorship Pack, which includes exclusive benefits and merchandise provided by tournament sponsors.

    • Their names engraved on the Bandeja Club Perpetual Trophy.

    • The trophy and prizes will be presented at the Players Dinner Night at the conclusion of the season.

  • Category B (Intermediate Grade):​

    • ​Prizes will be presented at the Players Dinner Night.

    • A Sponsorship Pack including exclusive merchandise from tournament sponsors.

  • Category C (Entry Level):

    • A Sponsorship Pack including exclusive merchandise from tournament sponsors.

    • Prizes will be presented at the Players Dinner Night.

 

 

Match Format

​

Matches will be played as per Bandeja Club Rules.

 

 

Scoring System

​

  1. Teams will earn points based on the combined total of games scored per match, divided by the number of sets played.

    • Example:

      • If Team A wins 6-4, 6-3, their score will be: (6+6) ÷ 2 = 6

      • Team B’s score will be: (4+3) ÷ 2 = 3.5

  2. Points for each tournament will be tallied, and cumulative scores will determine the season leaderboard standings.

  3. Teams will be assigned to A, B, or C Grade after the first tournament based on their performance and will remain in that grade for the season and move as per Bandeja Club Rules.

  4. In the event of a tie in the final season standings:

    • The winner will be determined by the total number of 1st place finishes.

    • If still tied, a tiebreaker match will be scheduled.

 

 

Eligibility

​

  1. Players must be 16 years or older to compete.

  2. All players must register and agree to the rules and terms before the start of the first tournament.

 

 

Terms & Conditions

​

  1. Registration:

    • Teams must complete registration by the specified deadline prior to each tournament.

    • Registration fees are non-refundable.

  2. Participation:

    • Teams must check in at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled match times.

    • Teams who fail to appear for scheduled matches will forfeit and receive zero points for that tournament.

  3. Conduct:

    • Players are expected to maintain sportsmanship and respect towards all participants, officials, and organizers.

    • Unsportsmanlike conduct, including abusive language or deliberate violations of the rules, may result in disqualification.

  4. Injuries/Substitutions:

    • Injured players may withdraw from a tournament; however, substitutions are not allowed for the season.

    • Teams unable to compete due to injury or other circumstances will forfeit their place in the tournament.

  5. Weather Delays:

    • In the event of adverse weather, matches may be rescheduled at the discretion of the tournament organizers.

  6. Prize Distribution:

    • The season prizes will be distributed based on category placement and eligibility.

    • Prize winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on cash prizes.

  7. Decisions:

    • The decision of the tournament organizers is final in all matters, including rule interpretation and match outcomes.

  8. Liability:

    • Participants agree to compete at their own risk and release the organizers from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the tournament.

  9. Media Release:

    • By participating, players consent to the use of their images, names, and match highlights for promotional purposes.

By registering for the Bandeja Club Tournament 2025, all participants agree to abide by these rules and terms & conditions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification or forfeiture of prizes.
