Entry Conditions

Welcome to the Bandeja Club! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants, please review and adhere to the following entry conditions:

 


1. Eligibility and Registration


Eligibility: The tournament is open to players of all skill levels and ages, with divisions available based on experience and ranking.

Registration: All participants must complete the official registration form and pay the entry fee by the specified deadline.

Documentation: Upon registration, players may be required to provide identification for verification of eligibility in specific divisions.
 

 

2. Code of Conduct
 

Sportsmanship: All players are expected to uphold sportsmanlike behaviour both on and off the court. Aggressive or disrespectful behaviour toward other
participants, the Bandeja Club Tournament director, or officials will result in disqualification.

Equipment: Players must bring appropriate padel gear, including racquets and protective gear if needed. Court shoes are required to maintain court conditions.

 


3. Tournament Format


Match Rules: Matches will be conducted under official padel rules. Details on match format (e.g., best-of-three sets) will be provided before the tournament.
Division Structure: Divisions may be organised by skill level, age, or gender depending on the number of entrants in each category.
Scheduling: Match schedules will be posted at least one day in advance. Players are responsible for checking the schedule and being on time.

 


4. Health and Safety


Fitness to Play: By entering the tournament, participants confirm they are physically fit and able to compete at their chosen level.

Injury Policy: In the event of injury, players should notify the Bandeja Club Tournament director immediately. First aid will be available on-site.

 


5. Waiver and Liability


Assumption of Risk: Participation in the tournament is voluntary, and players assume all risks associated with padel play, including injury or loss.
Liability Waiver: The tournament organisers, venue, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event. By participating, players agree to release all associated parties from liability.

 


6. Media and Promotion


Photography and Filming: By entering the tournament, participants grant permission for photographs, videos, or media coverage to be used for promotional purposes.
Social Media: Players are encouraged to tag and share their tournament experiences with the official tournament hashtag.

 


7. Awards and Prizes


Podium Finishers: Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers in each division. Specific awards may vary depending on sponsorship and entry numbers.
Recognition: Winners' names may be added to the tournament's official records and featured in media releases.

 


8. Dispute Resolution


Tournament Director Decisions: All match decisions made by the Bandeja Club Tournament director are final. For any disputes, a review may be requested with the tournament director, but final rulings will be upheld to ensure timely progression of matches.
